Albertson, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y. on Tuesday, February 13, 1968, a~ 3:00 P.M. Vote of Town Board-: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices ~lark and Surer. Saunders has applied to the Town Board for a single trailer renewal permit dated January 16, 1968, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the~! Saunders to locate a single trailer on th~ Saunders, Main Road, Laurel, N.Y. be and t~e same is granted for a period of six (6) months. MoVed by Justice Suter; seconded by Councilman Valentine; WHEREAS, a petition was received from Thomas and Florence Jurzenia, Si~ermere Road, Greenport, N.Y. requesting a change of zone of certain prS~erty on Si-lvermere Road~ Greenport, N.Y. described in said petition from "A"- Residential and Agricp!~ral District to "M" Multiple Residence District, NOW, TH-EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk of' the Town of ~ Southold be and he hereby is directed to transmit this appli.¢ation to the Planning Board in accordance with Section 901, Subdivzsion C of Article IX of the Building Zone Ordinance of the .Town of S0uthotd. Moved by Justice Suter; ~econded b~ Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS, Southold Town Planning Board has prepared an official report and recommendation upon the petition of Bernard Kaplan for a change of zone from "A"~ Residential and Ag~iculural District to "M-" Multiple Res- idence District, on certain property in East Marion, N.Y. · ~ NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That a public hearing will be held~by the Southold Town Board at the office of the Supervisor, 16 So~th Street, Greenport, N.Y~ on Tuesday, February.13, 1968, ak 7~30 P.M. on the above mentioned petition and that the Town Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to cause a ~notice of said .hearing to be published in the Long Island Traveler pursuant to the r~.~uire- mentS of law. Light and Power Company to remove the 100 c.p. street light, and replace it with a ~00 M.V. street light .on NYTCO-i0o~ ~955 across the street from the Greenport School. Vote .of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen~ Demarest and Valentine; Justices Clark and Suter. . ~ The Southold Town Board wishes to congratulate Asse~ss0rs. Albert W. Martocchia and Augustus~Garelle on the completion and passing of an eight weeks course on Prznczpals and Techniques of Res.icle~tial Appraising" sponsored by the Society of Real Estate Appraiser~. and held at ~I~auppauge, L.I.,N.Y.. The Board feels that the residents of the Town benefit a great deal as a result 'of the efforts of the· Town Assessors to improve their knowledge and understanding of ~residential appra is ing.
