Albertson at Greenport, New York, on Tuesday, January. 2, 1968. The meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor Albertson; councilmen Demarest and Valen%ine; Justices Clark and Martin Suter; Town Attorney Tasker; Superintendent of High- ways Dean and Town Clerk Richmond. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by c~uncilman De~a~est; RESOLVED:~That the next meetin~ of the Town Board will be held at the office of the Supervisor, Lester M. Albertson, 16 South Street, Green- port, New York, on Tuesday, January 9, 1968, at 3:00 P.M. Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Councilman Valentine; WHEREAS, the removal of sand from the disposal area, Cutchogue, N.~Y. is not sufficient to-take care.of the disposal in that area, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town sell sand and gravel at 25 cents per yard or less, said sand and gravel to be used within the Town of Southold only, and be it further RESOLVED: That persons wishing to purchase said sand and gravel obtain a slip and pay in advance to the Town C~erk,~ Town of Southold, N.~~ Vote ~of Town Board:~rvisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justice Clark.
