Absent: Justice E. Perry Edwards, Fishers Island. Move~.by Justice Surer; seconded by Councilman Valentine;. RESOLVED: That the minutes of November 6., 1969, be and they hereby are approved. Moved by Justice Suter; seconded by Councilman Valentine; RESOLVED: That the next meeting of the Town Board will be held at the office iof Supervisor Albert Martocchia, 16 South Street, Greenport, New York, on Tuesday, December 9, 1969, at 3:00 P.M. Vote .of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Martocchia; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justices Clark ~nd Suter. Moved by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice Clark; RESOLVED: That Fishers Island Ferry District Bills in the amount of $12;711~50 and General Bills in the amounto~f $~,100.00 be and they are hereby ordered paid. Moved by Justice Suter; seconded by Justice Clark; gESOLVED: That Supervisor Albert Martocchia be and he hereby is auth- orized~o sign~the wages contract between the C.S.E.A. and the Town of Southold prepared by the Town Attorney and agreed upon ~y the the C.S~.~.A. and the Town~oard. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Valentine; RESOLVED:' That Supervisor Albert Martocchia be designated ~o~repr~esent the Town of Southold at the Annual meeting~of the Association ~fTowns of the State of New York to be h~ld in New York City, N.Y.. on February 9,10 and 11, 1970, and.to cast the vote of the aforesaid Town pursuant to Section 6 of Article III of the Constitution and by-laws of Said Association, and be it further RESOLVED: That Justice Suter be designated as Alternate to cast the vote of said Town at the Annual meeting in the ~bsence of Supervisor~Marto~chia.
