Moved. by Councilman Demarest; seconded by Justice 'Clark; RESOLVED: That General Bills in the amount of $9,248.80; Lighting District Bills in the amount of $4,111.08; Fishers Island Ferry District Bills zn the amount of $17,131.16 and Highways Bills in the. amount of $33,968.40 be and the same are hereby ordered paid. The Town Board reconvened at 8:45 P.M. with Justice Henry Clark absent. Moved by Councilman Valentine; seconded by Justice Suter; WHEREAS, b~ resolution adopted by this Town Board on the~27th .d~y of. June, 1969, a public hearing was authorized to be held in the mattqr of the adoption of the "Traffic Ordinance"; and WHEREAS:~ said hearing was held by the~Town Board-on the 15th da~dof July, 1969, at~hich time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS~ this Board deems it in the best interest of the Town of Southold that the Southotd Town "Traffic Ordinance" be adopted: NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED: That the following Traffic Ordinance be adopted by the Southold Town Board: By'Amending the~Traffic Ordinance of the Town of Southold as follows: 1. By amending Article V, Section 2 of the Traffic Ordinance of the Town of Sou~hold, by adding the following subdivisions thereto, to wit: 7, On both sides of Bay Avenue at Mattituck from the southerly terminus thereof at Peconic Bay northerly to the south curb line of~Peconic Bay Boulevard, during the hours of 10:00 P~M. to 7:00 A~M. 8. On both sides of Haywaters Road at Cutchogue from the westerly terminus thereof at Peconic Bay easterly for a distance of 230 feet, during the hours from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. 12. On both sides of North Bay View Road at Southold for a distance of 450 feet easterly and westerly from the center line of Goose Creek Bridge. 13. On both sides of Pine Neck Road at Southold from the easterly terminus thereof at Peconic Bay westerly to the easterly curb line of North Bay View Road, during the hours from 10:oo P.M. to 7:00 A.M. 14. On both sides of Lighthouse Road at Southold fr®m the guardrail at the northerly terminus thereof southerly for a distance of 200 feet, during the hours from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. 15. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Martocchia; Councilmen Demarest and Valentine; Justice Suter. Mrs. Tuthill.appeared before the Board requesting information on the Marina at ~ull Pond. A few names were added to the petition against such a marina. Mr. Trautman inquired on the progress of Open Housing. ~esidents of Rocky Point Road request the stairs to be replaced at the end of Rock~y Point Road. The Town Board will investigate.
