SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF APPEALS
Friday, January 10, 1969
A special meeting of the,~Southold Town Board of Appeals was
held at ~he .call of the:Chairman at 1:00 P.M~, Friday, January
10, 1969, at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York, for
the purpose of approving the minutes of 'the January 2, 1969 meeting
and setting a date for 'the next meeting.
There'were present: MerSSrS~ Robert W. Gillispie, Jr., ~na.irman,
Robert Bergen, Charles Grigonis.
Absent: Mr..Serge Doyen, Jr'.~ Mr. Fred Hulse, Jr.
On motion by Mr. Gillispie, seconded by Mr. Bergen~ it was
RESOLVED that the minutes of the,,Southold-Town Board of Appeals
dated January 2, 1969, be approved subject to a few minor corrections.
On motion by Mr. Gillispie, seconded by Mr. Grigonis~ it was
RESOLVED that the-Southold Town Board of-Appeals set 7:30 P.i~.-,
Thursday~ January 3'0~ 1969, at the Town Office, MainRoad~ Southold,
NewYork~ as the tim~ and place of hearing upo~ applicatidn of
Raymond Ro Luca, Box 1176,' -Mattituck, New York, for a variance in
accordance with 'the Zoning Ordinance,~ Article iii, Section 306, for
permission to reduce front yard setback 'and build new one f~unily
dwelling° Location of property: north side of Albo Drive and west
side of G.I.~ Lane, Laurel, New York, bounded north by .Hot,on Creek~
east by G~'Ij Lane~ south by Albo Drive, west by K. Tuthill.
Anyother applications received by'January 20~ 1969, to be set
up as received. -
