The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Albe~t M.
MartoCchia, on Tuesday, January 13, 1970, at 3:G0~P.M. with the
following present: Supervisor Martocchia; cOuncilmen valentine and
Rich; Justices Demarest and Suter; Town Attorney Tasker;-Supt. ~of
Highways Dean and Town Clerk Richmond. ' ~

RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting of January 3, 1970'be and''~

Columbia Road, Southold, said petition having been filed on November
6, 1969 and all interested persons having been given an opportunity

A letter was received from the Southold Town~Conservation Advisory-
Council-proposing a study on Open'Space.
A petition was received from residents of Southold objecting to the
new road south of Southold Village.
Mr. John Rapp discussed Safety on our Highways and Narcotics a-nd
Intoxication.
Mr. ~Waimey of New'Suffolk, N~Y. asked for information on Beach
Stickers and parking of boat trailers in New Suffolk.~He .... also
