BEING AND INTENDED. TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed :dated December 16, 1-971 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's .Office on December 29, 1971 in Liber
7076 Page 323.
This conveyance is subject to a mortgage held by Riverhead
Savings Bank dated January 19, 1973 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on February 7, .1973 in Liber 6634 Page- ,28 in
the amount of $26,000.00 and on which mortgage there is now clue and
owing the. principal sum of $19,851.81 and interest, and which
mortgage the party of the second part agrees to assume and covenant
to pay with interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
