This conveyance is subject to a mortgage held by Riverhead
Savings Bank dated September 26, 1980 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s office on October 2 , 1980 in Liber 8832 Page 436 in
the amount of $60, 500. 00 and on which mortgage there is now due and
owing the principal sum of $60 , 393 .46 and interest, and which
