RICHMOND, Town Clerk of the Town of Southold, New York, do HEREBY CERTIFY THAT I have compared the foregoing with the annual budget of the Town of~ Southold, duly adopted by the Town Board of said Town on the 6th day of November, 1963, and entered in detail in the minutes of the proceedings of said Board, and that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of said annual budget and the whole thereof. Richmond S E A L Town Clerk Moved by Councilman Demarest; Seconded By Justice Tuthill: WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Southold, N.Y. has met at the time and place specified in the notice of public hearing on the pre- liminary budget and heard all persons desiring to be heard thereon; now therefore be it RESOLVED: That the Town Board of the Town of Southold does hereby adopt such preliminary budget as originally compiled, as the annual budget of this ~own for the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1964, and that such budget as so adopted be entered in de- tail in the minutes of the proceedings of this Town Board, and be it FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk of the Town of Sou~hold shall prepare and certify in duplicate copies of said annual budget a~ adopte~ by the Town Board of the Town of ~outhold, together with t~he estim~es, if any, adopted pursuant to Section 2~2-a, subdi~ision 2, of the Town Law, and deliver one copy thereof to the S'~pervisor ~f this Town to be presented by him to the ~oard of Supervisors of the County of Suffolk.
