The Southold Town ~Board-~met at t~e office of the Supervisor, Lester M.
Albertson, at Greenport~ N~¥. ~ with the following present: Supervisor
Albertson;-Councilman Demarest and Grathwoh!; Justices Tuthill and
clarke's:Town Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond.

RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting .of June 11, 1963 be and they
are hereby dul~ approved.~

office of the Supervisor, Lester M. Albertson, at 16 South Street,
Greenport, New York, on Tuesday, July 9, 1963, at 1:3~ P.M.

WHEREAS, Southold American Legion G.T.G. Post %803 of Southold; N.Y.
a~tie~ t0~ ~the Town Clerk for a Bingo Licence dated June 13, 1963, and
WHERE~S~? the Town Board has examined the application and after investig-
ation ~ly made findings and determinations as re~aired by law,
NOW, ~THEREFBRE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Supervisor be~ and he hereby is
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Board the findings
and determinations required by law, and it is further
RESOLVED: That the T~wn Clerk be and hereby is directed to issue a
Bing0~.~L£Cense to the~Southold American Legion G.T.G. Post ~803.

WHERF2~S, Louis A~ Dinizion has applied to the Town Board for a single
trailer permit dated June 10,'1963,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the application of Louis A. Dinizio
to locate a single trailer on the property of Anthony P. Dinizio, Brown
Street, Greenport, N.Y. be and hereby is granted for year round occupancy
from July 1st to Sept. 4, 1963.

WHEREAS, Dahl Oil Co. was the lowest bidder for fuel oil for the Fishers
Island Ferry District,
RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Board approves the action of the Fishers
Is~nd Ferry District in accepting the lowest bidder, Dahl Oil Co., to
furnish fuel oil to the Fishers Island Ferry District.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Albertson; Councilmen Demarest and
-Grathwohl; Justices Tuthill and Clark.

RESOLVED: That the Southold Town Board approves the action of the
Fishers Island Ferry District in making the first payment of $5,805.00
to Robert Waddington, Jr. as per const~ct, for alterations and additons
to the Fishers Island District Terminal Buil~ing, located at Fishers
Island, New York.

WHEREAS, the TOWn of Southold is the owner of property tocate~ On
the easterly side of Mill Roa~ at Peconic, New York, adjacent to'
premises owned by Millie F. Bailey and under contract of sale to
Theodore O. Bittner, and
WH~P~F~XS, a small corner of the building located on the Bai.le~ ~
ty ~encroaches upon Town property to the extent of 0.13 feet, a~
WHEREAS, the attorney for the 'owner of said property has re~ue~s~te_~
that ~the Town permit such encroachment to continue as lon~ as~-~t~e
present bui'lding remains on the property, an~
WHEREAS, it is the feeling of the Town Board~ that such encroa~chment
is ~ot detrimental to the interest of the Town of Southold,
~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that ~he Su~vi. sor of the ,Town of
South~ld be and he-hereby is authorized to enter into an ag~emen~ ~
with the owners of said pro~rty permitti-ng.the above mentione~ en-
croachment to continue as long as the building on said premises
remains in its ~resent condition.
