Albertson at Greenport, N.Y. on Tuesday, December 11, 1962, at 3:00 PM with the following present: Supervisor Albertson; councilmen Demarest and Gratwhohl; Justices Tut~ill and Clark; Supt.-ofHighways Price; Town Attorney Tasker and Town Clerk Richmond. Moved by Justice ClarK;, seconded byJustice Tuthill; RESOLVED: That the minutes or.the meeting of~November 27, 1962,~ be and they hereby are duly approved. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest; RESOLVED: That the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held at the .Supervisor's Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, N. WoodhollowProperties.~.%inq~ Orient, N.Y. requesting a change of zone of certain property in said petition from "A,~Residential and Agricultural District.to "B" Business District, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:~ That the Town Clerk of the T~wn of Southoldbe and he'hereby'is directed to transmit this applT~ati0n to the Planning BOard~in accordance with Section 901, Subdivls~bn C~f Article IX of the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold. Moved by' Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest; WHEREAS, Southold American.Legion G.T.G.Post ~803 of Southold, N.Y. applied .to the Town Clerk for a Bingo License-Amendment and WHEREAS, the Town Board has examined the. application and after invest- igation, duly made findings and determinations as required by law, NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Supervisor be ~and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Board the findings and determinations required by law and it is further RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk be and he hereby is 6~directed to issue an Amended Bingo License to the Southold American Legion G.T.G Post .%803. A letter was received from Browers WoodS Association requesting: :that' the TOWn Board meetings be held at night. , Mr. Robert Trubenbach talked on Civil Defense and a possible_~Shel~te~in Peconic. Supervisor Alber~son appointed Councilman Grathwohl and~.J~ust~ce Clark to be on committee with him as a Committee to investigate the poss- ibility of a Civil Defense Shelter at Peconic Highway pro~ert~-es,~_ Peuonic.
