MOved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill: WHEREAS, Section 105 of the Town Law provides that the Sup~visor and Justices shall account to the Town Board for all monies received and disbursed by the Supervisor and Justices on or after the 28th day of December bHt not later than the 31st.day of December in each year,and WH~.~_~A$, the Town Board deems it necessary to engage a public account- ant"tO-prepare the aforesaid annual account for the Supervisor and JuStices, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Board engage the gservices of-Irving Miller, a public accountant, to make the annual audit of~the books, records, receipts and other documents of the Supervisor and the Justices of the Town of Southold for the~fiscal year 1962. Moved bY Justice Clark~ seconded by Councilm~ Demarest; WH~E~S THE Board of commissioners of the Fishers-:Island Ferry District have heretofore advertised for bids for certain repairs to the airport, at'FishersIs~nd, New york, known as Elizabeth .Field, caused by damage thereto by s~orms, and WHEREAS/~Such bids were opened by said Commissioners,and this Board has been advised that A. C. Construction Company of Fishers Island, New York, submitted a bid in the amount of $3,289.00 which was the lowest bid~submitted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District are hereby authorized to accept the aforesaid bid of A. C. Construction Company in the amount of $3,.259.00 and_that said ¢~,~issioners be and thy hereby are authorized to award a contract to A. C. Construction Co. for the performance of the Work of reg~iring said airfield, all in accordance with the plans and specifications on file with the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District.
