SECTIO~ 1. The $~7,550 serial bonds' aUthorized by a bond resolution
.dated December 28, 1961, for the acquisition of certai~ 'real property
for the Cutchogue-New-Suffolk Park District in said Town,. shall m~ture
$1,450 in 1963, $1,600 in 1964, $1,500. in each of the years 1965 to
1967, both' inclusive, and $2,000 in each of the years 1968 to 1972,

purpose is thirty years, pursuant to. subdivision 21(a) of paragraph a

1962, there being no bond anticipation notes issued or to be issued'~
prior to such date.
SECTION 2. The $9,800 serial bonds authori~ed by a bond reTso~ution
dated December 28, 1961 for the improvement and embellishment Of said
real property for such District for use as a bathing beach, .including
a building and appurtenant equipment, shai1 mature .$900 in 'each, of
the years 1963 and 1964, and $1,000 in each~ of the years 196~..
both inclusive, and shall be consolidated with ~another issue ~.of bonds-
of said ToWn as hereinafter authorized. It is herebY-~term~ned~'~t]~at

purpose is ten years, pursuant to subdivision 19 of paragraph a of
Section 11.00 of the Local Finance Law, computed from Septemberi--;~ 1962,

SECTION 3. The serial bonds described in the preceding section, s
hereof, are hereby authorized to be consolidated for purposes .off,sale
into one bond issue, aggregating $27,350. Such bonds shall be issued
in the form of a single', typewritten statutory installment bond as
hereinafter provided, shall be designated substantia, lly 'CUTCHOGUE=NE~
SUFFOLK PARK DISTRICT (SERIAL) BOND 1962, shall be dated September% 18.%
1962, shall be in the denomination of $27,350, shall provid~ for the
payment of such principal .sum of $27,350 in ten annual instal~lmen~s,
payable $2,350 on September 18, 1963, $2,500 on September 18, in~eac'n~
of the years 1964 to 1967, both inclusive, '.and $3,000 on September~ 18'-
in each of the years 1968 '~to~ 1972, both inslusive, and shall bear. int-
erest at the rate 'of three and thirty-fi~e hundredths per centum (3~'.35%)
per annum, payable annually on September 18. :Both principal of and in~.
terest on such statutory installment bond shall be payable in lawful
money of the United States of America at the North Fork Bank & Trust~'
Company, 'in Mattituck, New York, w~ich by contr~act is the paying~a~ent
of the issuer. The aforesaid maturities constitute the aggregate of
individual maturities of each separate=issue,which individual, maturities

for value received promises to pay to the bearer of this bond the
principal sum of TWENTY-S~VEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DO?fi.ARS

inclusive, and $3,000 on September 18 in each of the years 1968 to
1972, both incluSive, and to pay interest on the unpaid balance~

per centum (3.35%) per annum, payable annually on September 18 in
each year from the date of this bond until it matures. Interest
will not be paid on any installment of principal, or. of interest,

duly adopted by the Town.Board'of said Town on the 28th day of
Dedember, 1961, and pursuant~to Other proceedings of the Town, Board
of said Town duly had' and taken in all.respects authorizing the
same, including a further resolution dated September 18, 1962,
providing for the details and sale of said bond. This bond may not be
converted into either a coupon or a.registered bond.
The faith and credit of said Town of S~uthold, SUffolk Co%%nty,
New York, are hereby irrevocably pledged, for the punctual payment of
the installments of principal of and the interest on this Bond
according to its terms.
It is hereby certified and recited that all conditi6ns, acts
and things required by the Constitution and statutes of the State of
New York to exist, to have happened and to have been performed
precedent to and in the issuance of this bond, exist, have happened
and have been performed, and that this bond, tOgether with all other
indebtedness of such Town is within every deb~ and other limit
prescribed by the Constitution and laws of such' State.
IN WITNESSWHEREOF, the Town o.~ Southold, Suffolk County, New
~ork, has caused this bond tobe signed by its Supervisor, and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and attested by its Town

SECTION 4. The faith and c~dit of said TOWn of South old, Suffolk County,
New York, are hereby irrevocably pledged for the payment of the principal

of and interest on such bond as the same become due and payable.- There
shall be annually assessed upon all the taxable reatproperty in said ~'~
Cutchgoue-New Suffolk Park District, at the same time and in the same
manner as other towncharges, an amount sufficient 'to pay Said~prin~i-
pal'and interest as the same become due and payable, but ~'n~ ~aid
from such source, all the taxable real property within'SaidT~wn;-shall-~'~
be subject to thel levy of ad valorem taxes without 1imitation -~ -
as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest
on said bond.
SECTION 5. Ail other matters, except as provided herein relating to
such statutory installment~bond, shall be determined'by the Supervisor
of said Town.
SECTIO~ 6. Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph b of Section 63.00
of the Local Finance Law, as last amended, said statutory installment
bond is hereby sold at private sale to The North Fork Bank & Trust Comp-
any, in Mattituck, New York, at par and accrued interest,'if any, it
being hereby determined that the total amount of b~nds sold by said
Town at private sale in accordanCe with the prov£sions of said-paragraph
~?~ of Section 63.~8 of the Local ?Fifnance Law forits current fiscal
year is not in excess of $30,000.~Th~ Supervisor of said Town is hereby
authorized and directed to deliver said bond to said purchaser against
payment of the purchase price, as aforesaid, and the receipt of the
Superviosr shall be a full acquittance to the purchase of such stat-
utory installment bond, who shall not be obliged to see to the applic-
ation of the purchase money. ~ ~
SECTI05~ 7. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
