The $9,800 serial bonds authori~ed by a bond reTso~ution dated December 28, 1961 for the improvement and embellishment Of said real property for such District for use as a bathing beach, .including a building and appurtenant equipment, shai1 mature .$900 in 'each, of the years 1963 and 1964, and $1,000 in each~ of the years 196~.. both inclusive, and shall be consolidated with ~another issue ~.of bonds- of said ToWn as hereinafter authorized.
