The Southold Town Board met at Lee of the Supervisor, Lester M,
Al~e~tson,; at Greenp~rt, N.Y. on J~ly 24, 1962. The meeting
fwas called to order at 3:00 P.M. with the~following present: Supervisor
Councilmen,De,~maTest and Grathwohl: Justices Tuthitl a~d Clark;
supt2 ~f Highways Price; T~'Attorney Tasker and ~0wmClerk Richmond.

RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting of July 10, 1962 be and they
hereby areduly approved.

RESOLVED: That the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be
held at the Supervisor's 'Office, 16 South Street, Greenport, N.Y. on

historical books at the sum of $200.00.

AVE. WEST, GARDINERS LANE, BENNETT LANE, CUSTER AVE., CLEAR~IEW AVE. and
WILLOW POND~ being more fully described in said petition, together
with releases executed bY the ~wners thereof, and
WHEREAS, the-Highways Supt. ~as inspected said highways and has advised
the Town Board that said proposed highways compl~e~n all'irespects with
the-~p~i~iuati~s for the dedication, of highways'~in~'the Town of S~uthold,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That in' accordance with SeCtion 171 of

action of the commissioners of tbeFishers Island Ferry District in
engaging Mildred Dixon a~d Clarence Dixom to work &t Elizabeth Airport,
effective June 7, 1962 for the summer season, Clarence Dixonto be
paid'-~$i.50 per ho~r amd Mildred Dixon to be paid $1.25 per hour.

WHEREAS, a '~ap or plan relating to ~he proposed extension ~ of theMattituck
Lighting ~District No. 1 prepared by Otto W. VanTuyl & Son, competent
engineers and surveyors, duly licensed by the State of New York, in the
m~_~ner '~nd in su~ detail as 'has been determined by the TOWn Board of
SouthOld Town, has been duly filed with the Town clerk of the TOWn of
South61d'~ in accordance with the requirements of Article 12A of the Town
Law; and
WHRERAS, tam order was duly adopted by the Town Board of Southold Town
