Mr. Galligan pled guilty in court on Friday, November 17th, and has agreed to pay a $250.00 fine for no permit for his dock. The Town Attorney's office has no position on the extra footage of dock beyond the footage allowed by the Trustees' permit. Mr. Galligan will have to bring this matter before the Trustees.
