The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated October 11,2001 and
last revised May 20, 2002 and determined the proposed structures to be out of the
Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town We..t~
However, any activity within 100' of a Wetland line or~l~rd of the Coastal Erosion
Hazard Area would require further review from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Mr. Krupski,
As you know, this Firm represents Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza, owners of the above
referenced, who are in receipt of a letter of non-jurisdiction, dated June 6, 2002, for
improvements thereon. However, it has come to our attention that the Suffolk County
Tax Map Number designating subject property is incorrect. The number indicated on the
letter qfnon-jurisdiction is 1000-015-02-017.6. The correct number should be 1000-015-
02-015.1.
Please provide this office with a revised letter of non-jurisdiction for the property situated
at 38015 Main Road indicating subject property as lot 015.1. Should you have any
questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact this office at any time. Thank
you in advance for your consideration.

Dear Mr. Krupski,
This Firm represents Amelia Mendoza who is seeking to improve the property referenced
above. Enclosed herewith for your review please find the following materials:
(1) Survey of subject parcel prepared by Joseph A. Ingegno, Land Surveyor, last
revised May 20, 2002 showing all proposed structures (two [2] copies);
(2) Photos showing the location of the condition of the property referenced above,
and the location of the proposed structures (one [ 1] set);
(3) Location map (four [4] copies); and
(4) Owner's Endorsement.
As evidenced on the survey, all proposed improvements are to take place no closer than
235.0' 4- from the landward edge of the tidal wetlands, and 345.0' 4- from the landward
edge of the freshwater wetlands. By way of this correspondence and pursuant to Chapter
97-13 (AJ (3), I hereby request a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction for the proposed
improvements on the aforementioned property.
Kindly forward the requested Letter of Non-Jurisdiction directly to this office. Please feel
free to contact this office should you have any questions or require additional information
