Enclosed herewith for your review please find the following materials: (1) Survey of subject parcel prepared by Joseph A. Ingegno, Land Surveyor, last revised May 20, 2002 showing all proposed structures (two [2] copies); (2) Photos showing the location of the condition of the property referenced above, and the location of the proposed structures (one [ 1] set); (3) Location map (four [4] copies); and (4) Owner's Endorsement.
