days after service of the Notice of Violation. Such request shall have annexed thereto a cop5' of the Notice
of Violation upon which a Hearing is requested and shall set forth the reasons why such notice of viola-
tion should be modified or rescinded.

Dear Mrs. Kruger:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, May 28, 1998:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver from the full permit process to to construct a 6' high
priw~cy fence going down to a 4' high fence towards the bulkhead
on the east and west property lines. Fence is not to impede on
Town property.
