Dear President Krupski and board,
Enclosed please find a "letter request for waiver" for an
existing fence which had received a waiver from this board.
My client changed the style of the fence, which you had
authorized on August 26, 2000, from a split rail to a nautical
style fence. He felt that the change was consistent with your
approval and was more aesthetically pleasing to him and his
neighbors.
Please amend your waiver to reflect the existing fence.
