Action: Approve the As-Built survey dated July 9, 2004 and last revised August 22, 2005. A
site visit took place on 8/23/05 and ail items match the As-Built survey.
Status: Needs a satisfaction letter sent to the Building Department.
Recommendation: That the Planning Board issue the satisfaction letter attached.

Action: Review revised site plan as submitted.
Status: Open application since 08/16/00 and requires Town ZBA approval for a front and rear
yard setback as in dictated in the Notice of Disapproval dated July 1,2005.
Recommendation: That the Planning Board reviews the site plan for layout and allows the
site planner to send out for comments.
