Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 Fax (631) 765-6145 Telephone (631) 765-1800 OFFICE OF THE TOWN CLERK TOWN OF SOUTHOLD THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 169 OF 2001 WAS ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON FEBRUARY 13, 2001: RESOLVED that the Town Board of the To~vn of Southold authorizes and directs Supervisor Cochran to execute and convey an easement to the Suffolk County Water Authority, a public benefit corporation, for the use of Town-owned land identified by Suffolk County Tax Map #1000-102-1-4.14 for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining a well site as permitted by deed, for the purpose of acquiring and distributing potable water for the Town of Southold, therefore, be it FURTHER RESOLVED that this conveyance is subject to a permissive referendum as permitted by law.
