STAFF RECOMMENDATION: I recommend that the Planmng Board consider starting a Lead Agency
Unlisted Coordinated review at the 2/14/05 public meeting and to set the public heating for March 14,
2005 pending receipt of the Building Inspector certification on 2/4/05.
