Staff recommendation: The PB accepts the minutes as noted and allows staff to follow-up
with agents/applicants.

Action: Update on status of file. The Building Inspector issued a revised certification on
3/22/05, SCDHS issued approval 2/28/05, still requires a SPEDES and the TE issued final
comments.
Staff recommendation: The PB accepts the TE report and considers voting on an amended
final resolution for the April 11, 2005 public meeting accepting the revisi4on as proposed on
the site plan received 3/11/05.

plan is in need of revision.

$outhold. SCTM~1000-70-2-8.
Action: Update on application. The ZBA closed the headng and will issue a decision, BD will
certify after ZBA decision, TE to comment, ARC issued conditional approval and the NYSDOT
issued a permit. The applicant has received a SCDHS reference number and will require
approval prior to PB final.
Staff recommendation: PB accept the ARC comments and set the public headng for May 9,
2005 pending receipt of BD certification, TE comments and ZBA decision.

parcel in the B & R-40 Zones located at the s/w intersection of NYS Road 25 (Main Road) and

buildings of 6,397 sq. ft. to be reduced to 4 buildings of 4,556 sq. ft. on a 21,355 sq. ft. parcel
in the B Zone located at the s/e intersection of NY$ Road 25 (Main Road) and Locust Avenue

Action: Update on the site plan and information on the site visit scheduled for 3/30105 with
NYS DOT at 10:00am.
