Staff recommendation: The Planning Board reviews the letters, information and decides if
the crossover is required.

Moore makes a request that this site plan not be reviewed until she can attend and that a joint
Planning Board/Trustee meeting be scheduled.
Staff recommendation: Does the Planning Board want to meet with the Trustees? Will be
discussed.

property is located on the north side of Main Road, 831.67' west of the intersection of
Main Road and Rocky Point Road in East Marion.
-PB Classification memo states "Applications previously classified as Set-Offs
will proceed as exempt from the Moratorium and will be classified as a Standard
Subdivisions and enter the process outlined by the new Chapter Al06 at their
stage of approval."
