Staff recommendation: The Planning Board reviews the letters, information and decides if the crossover is required. Staff recommendation: That the Planning Board issue a satisfaction letter to the building department. · Highwind Farms Mattituck, NY SCTM# 1000-1122-7-8.6 Action: review of letter received 4/1/05 from Pat Moore and update from staff on site inspection. Staff recommendation: Will be discussed. · Mat-A-Mar by the Bay New Suffolk, NY SCTM# 1000-117-8-18 Action: Review of draft letter for correspondence and Pat Moore letters received 4~22~05. Pat Moore makes a request that this site plan not be reviewed until she can attend and that a joint Planning Board/Trustee meeting be scheduled. Staff recommendation: Does the Planning Board want to meet with the Trustees? Will be discussed. The property is located on the north side of Main Road, 831.67' west of the intersection of Main Road and Rocky Point Road in East Marion. -PB Classification memo states "Applications previously classified as Set-Offs will proceed as exempt from the Moratorium and will be classified as a Standard Subdivisions and enter the process outlined by the new Chapter Al06 at their stage of approval." -Received Conditional Final Approval June 9, 2003, review status seeking final approval.
