SCTM#(s) 1000-60.-1-6 Action: Change SEQRA review from Type II to an Unlisted Coordinated action. Staff recommendation: Consider the new SEQRA action at the June 13, 2005. PB attachments: None · Moore Law Office This site plan is for an alteration and addition of 2,236 sq. ft. to the 1,890 sq.ft, existing office with a 700 sq. ft. apartment and 200 sq.ft, car port on a 0.92 acre parcel in the RO Zone, located on the e/s/o State Road 25, approximately 783' n/o the intersection with Jockey Creek Ddve known as 51020 State Road 25 in Southold. SCTM#1000-70-2-8 Action: Review of new revised site plan received May 18, 2005. Staff recommendation: That the PB accepts sp as submitted and have staff distribute to Town Engineer and Building Department. This application still needs to revisit ARC. PB attachments: None · Catspano Dairy Farm This site plan is for new construction of a 8,250 sq. ft. accessory building for agricultural processing and 100 sq. ft farm stand, on 4.998 acres parcel in the A-C Zone located at33705 County Road 48 in Peconic. SCTM#(s) 1000-74.-2-12.2 Action: Review of new application and site plan received May 12, 2005. Staff recommendation: That the PB accepts sp as submitted, have staff send a letter on required site plan revisions and have staff distribute to Town Engineer, Building Department, fire department and refer out.
