sq.ft, parcel in the LI Zone located approximately 90' n/o Traveler Street on the w/s/o Youngs
Avenue in Southold. SCTM#(s) 1000-60.-1-6
Action: Change SEQRA review from Type II to an Unlisted Coordinated action.
Staff recommendation: Consider the new SEQRA action at the June 13, 2005.

Action: Review of new revised site plan received May 18, 2005.
Staff recommendation: That the PB accepts sp as submitted and have staff distribute to
Town Engineer and Building Department. This application still needs to revisit ARC.

Staff recommendation: That the PB accepts sp as submitted, have staff send a letter on

fire department and refer out.
