MR. WIECZ~%EK: ~h, less than ~ five feet.
~ ~: Now, the sign on the side of the building?
~R. WIECZ~REK:X It's not a sign as such. It's lettering -

THE ~: Yom have no sign on the front of t~elbuilding?
MR. WIF~.(~EK: No, Sir.
THE CHA~: You feel the sign o~ the side does; more
HR, WIEC~.fH~EK: I think one on the front we~ld do more
The one on.the side is exposed to one way only. If you are in a
car, it's pretty concealed. It doesn't stand out too much.
T~R CHAIRMAn: Wouldn't it be better for you - you*re
allowe~ a sign on~ the front of the lbmitding.
HR. WIECB~REK: (~e in the front of the building
foregok the one we.~just discussed. We could take l~he lettering
off the side and put it on the fron~_end.
THE CHAIRMAN: Then you would require no special exception.
We'llforget~about the one on the side of ~he]building if you
will do this.
~. WIECZ~EK= ~h, yes.
Southold Town Board of Appea~!s -7- July 21, 1966

MR, WIECZ~K= We haven't had a chance to send'someone
down to chop.~Nn, some of the forest. That's only in the past
three or four weeks that that has been c~cealed.
THE CHAIRMAN: Is that sign back the appropriate five feet?
(The Board was advised by Mr. Howard Terry, B~ilding
Inspector,..that it was too close to the road for a~y kind of
permanency. Any permanent sign should be back five feet
further.)
MR. WIE~ZOREK: We'll take lthat d~wn and put a new one up.
THE CHAIRF~E: That sign will have to be no bigger than
