THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 808 OF 2004
WAS ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD
ON NOVEMBER 16, 2004:
WHEREAS, Schembri Homes Associates, Inc. has made application to the Town Board of the
Town of Southold to dedicate certain roads in Peconic, New York, to be known as
"RICHMOND LANE", "SHORE LANE" and "RECHARGE BASIN", as shown on the
subdivision map entitled "Map of Richmond Shores at Peconic" filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on November 20, 1979, as Map No. 6873, together with the release
executed by the owner thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Toxvn Superintendent of Highways has inspected the said highways
and has advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all respects with the
specifications for the dedication of highxvays in the Toxvn of Southold; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New
York, consent be and the same is hereby given to the Superintendent of Highways to make an
order laying out the aforesaid highways, to consist of lands described in said application as
shown on certain maps attached to said application; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Toxvn Clerk be and she hereby is authorized and directed to forthxvith
cause the dedication, release, and deed to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, Nexv York.

The undersigned petitioner, SCHEMBRI HOMES ASSOCIATES, INC., a
New York corporation, having its principal place of business at 102 Sandpiper
Drive, Riverhead, New York, as owner of RICHMOND LANE, SHORE LANE and
RECHARGE BASIN, hereby applying to the Town Superintendent of Highways to
lay out new highways known as RICHMOND LANE, SHORE LANE and
RECHARGE BASIN, liable to be assessed for highway taxes hereby apply to the
Superintendent of Highways to lay out new highways and recharge basin area at
Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York as
follows:

The highways known as RICHMOND LANE and SHORE LANE and
RECHARGE BASIN, as shown and designated on a certain map
entitled "Map of Richmond Shores", situate at Peconic, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 20, 1979, as Map
No. 6873.
2. Maps of said proposed highways are annexed hereto and made a
part of the application, together with a release and application to the
Town of Southold by petitioner herein, over whose property said
highways are to run.

The undersigned petitioner, SCHEMBRI HOMES ASSOCIATES, INC., a
New York corporation, having its principal place of business at 102 Sandpiper
Drive, Riverhead, New York, as owner of RICHMOND LANE, SHORE LANE and
RECHARGE BASIN, hereby applying to the Town Superintendent of Highways to
lay out new highways known as RICHMOND LANE, SHORE LANE and
RECHARGE BASIN, liable to be assessed for highway taxes hereby apply to the
Superintendent of Highways to lay out new highways and recharge basin area at
Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York as
follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollam ($10.00)to us in hand
paid by Peter Harris, Superintendent of Highways of said Town of Southold, and in
further consideration of laying out of the new highways known as RICHMOND
LANE and SHORE LANE and RECHARGE BASIN do hereby release and dedicate
to the Town of Southold all the land heretofore owned by us within said proposed
highways as follows:
The highways known as RICHMOND LANE and SHORE LANE and
RECHARGE BASIN, as shown and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of
Richmond Shores at Peconic", situate at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on November 20, 1979, as Map No. 6873.
And we do release the said Town of Southold from all damages by reason
of the layout of the said highways.
