On a motion by Margaret Feeney, seconded by John Tuthill, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland Application NO. 681 of Philip Salice to add two 6' x 10'. extensions to easterly ends of existing floating docks. Extensions are needed as esisting water depths are insufficient to keep boat afloat at all tidal stages. Balrview Avenue, Mattituck. Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion'carried. On a motion by Heather Tetrault, seconded by John Tuthill, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with a, stipulation Wetland Application No. 682 of John Stack Ito construct a 20' x 50' in ground swimming pool and 60' ~ 120' tennis court which will be in ejjxcess of 100' from a small, maa made ppond to west of subject parcel.
