.At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, May
14, 2001, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Melvyn Morris, seconded by Bill McDermott, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH
CONDITIONS of the Wetland Permit Application of HELEN RUST FAMILY
PARTNERSHIP 111-14-34 & 36.5 for the addition of a master bedroom suite and new
garage.
4680 Wunneweta Rd., Cutchogue
The CAC recommends Approval with the Condition that hay bales are placed down
during construction, drywells are installed, and a non-tuff/non-fertilization buffer behind
the bulkhead.
