Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971-0959 Telephone (631) 765-1892 Fax (631) 765-1366 WHZ Dec~ Mr. & Mrs. Aglora: Ioard of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on msday, December 19, 2001 regarding the above matter: ;REAS, MARK & LORRAINE AGLORA applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a it under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application November 29, 2001, and, ;REAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council mir findings and recommendations, and, ~REAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on :mber 19, 2001, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, ~NueH~s iREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in on and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WI-ICREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safely and general welfare of the people of the town, NO~V THEREFORE BE Fl', RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of MARK & LORRAINE AGLORA to construct a deck onto the rear of the house. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
