Krstulovic, MD and Stephanie Krstulovic would like to file following objection. Our own 6~" docking structure with a 20" wide floating dock is attached to our bulkhead approximately 60" to the north of the mutual property dividing line. The william's floating dock as designed would get very close to the projected dividing property line and because of its length ( 80" ) it would make very difficult and unsafe docking of our 17" boat. Docking of the bigger boat (= or ~ 24" ) which we intend to acquire would be all but impossible using an approach from the south.
