All construction work shall comply with the New York State Building Construction Code and with the requirements of any governing departments, as well as the requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. 2. Contractor shall arrange for all required municipal inspections of the work. 3. All work shall comply with the New York State Energy Code 1.
