The property abuts the eastem shoreline of Mattituck Creek. The application was originally submitted in 1997. Therefore, the application needs to be updated to current regulations. The Planning Board has alerted the applicant to the problems with the wetland setback and location of the proposed well. The issues were outlined in a March 12, 2002 letter that is attached for your perusal. Unrelated to the set-off, Mr. King and I have discussed the problems with the sheet runoff plaguing Mill Road. The applicant has also expressed concerns regarding this issue and has indicated that he would be willing to discuss remediation measures with the Town Trustees. Please indicate if the sketch plan correctly shoxvs the delineated wetland lines and meets all Southold Town Trustees regulations. PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS BENNETT ORLOWSKI, JR. Chairman WILLIAM J.
