Dear Al,
Enclosed please find three stamped SITE PLANS of the above referenced project. Last
year the Trustees amended the permit to include a new sanitary system. This new plan
shows a small existing accessory building (shown dotted), located 38 feet from the
wetlands flag. We propose to move this structure (used as a potting shed and storage
building) back to 63 feet from the wetlands line (shown shaded with heavy outline). We
believe this will have a positive effect on the environment, in that it will be further from
the water. We cannot move the building further from the water because of the new
sanitary system, which is wedged between waterfront setbacks and a neighboring well.
Please review the SITE PLAN and, if appropriate, give it your approval.
Thank you,
Tom Samuels
