Since my permit amendment to extend the existing dock 15 feet was approved at the 10/22/03 meeting I would like you to review the original fee's paid on 2/22/00 check # 3083 and let me know if additional fee's are required or if I will be receiving a refund. Here is a summery of the original fee's paid: Dock 4' x 35' = 140' x $3 = $420 Ramp 4'x16'= 64'x$3= 192 Float 6'x20' = 120'x$3 = 360 Total Paid $972 Please note that the existing dock is 176' for a total of 191' with the approved extension. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. As we discussed, the Town of Southold had issued a permit for a 4' x 176' catwalk, ramp and floating dock. Upon receipt of the permit I paid all fee's, including the ramp and floating dock, The DEC rejected the ramp and float and only allowed the catwalk which ended at the waters edge. The "Catwalk" was built in the summer of 2001. This permit modification allows a 4' x 15' dock extension (copy attached).
