WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town. NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of STUART & BRAD KRAUSE for a Wetland Permit to replace existing fence constructed of CCA members sunk vertically into the grotmd with a new wood fence - extend fence to property line on the west side of property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Fee must be paid, if applicable and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Inspections are required at a fee of $5.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule).
