SCTM #1000-104-03-16.1
Dear Al and Trustees,
Enclosed please find an application for a minor permit on the above referenced
property. My clients seek to replace an existing fence (constructed of CCA members
sunk vertically into the ground) with a new wood fence. We also seek to extend the
fence to the property line on the west side of the property, then along that line (out of
Trustees jurisdiction) and around the opposite side to an existing stone wall. By fully
enclosing the upland portion of their property, the Krauses will be able to contain their
pet dogs.
Enclosed you will find a check for $50.00, fee for a minor project. Please review the
enclosed application paperwork and site plan and get back to me if there are any
questions or concerns. If appropriate, please schedule the matter for a hearing at your
May meeting.
Thank you very much for your help,
Tom Samuels
