Wronowski, Esseks and Guardino: The Town of Southold has been informed that the secudty level pertaining to the Cross Sound Ferry terminal in Orient has been reduced. As a result, the state of emergency will expire tomorrow at 7 o'clock a.m., and will not be renewed, Accordingly, as of midnight tonight, temporary emergency permission to park vehicles on the residentially-zoned parcel adjacent to the ferry terminal site is hereby revoked. In accordance with my letter dated July 28, 2005, the adjacent parcels, SCTM #1000-15-9- 3.5 and 3.6, will be governed by the existing zoning regulations of the Town of Southold.
