Please find enclosed an application to install a ventless gas fireplace(Majestic UV36) in
a cottage located at 19 Osprey Lane in the Retirement Community of Peconic Landing. /
The unit will be installed as a full room projection inside a custom oak cabinet faced with
an oak mantle(Majestic Full Surround Mantle Haddonfield). Granite tiles will surround
the fireplace between the firebox and the mantle. A granite hearth will be provided. All
work will be done according to the manufacturer's specifications. If you have any

It is suggested that you wear work
