Date: Reference: July 25, 2005 315 Rachels Road Building Inspector Town of Southold Main Road, Southold, NY 11971 Dear Sir, I inspected the detached barn this date for Odden/Lampas at 315 Rachel's Road. The barn is a mid 19th century barn that has had extensive repairs in recent years. The barn is in need of additional repairs to keep the structure from deterioration especially in the valley rafter where insect infestation was noted.
