This application must be filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Building Department with the following:
A. For new building or new use:
1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval front Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement front plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1°o lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code Compliance front architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.
B. For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and"pre-existing" land uses:
1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and unusual natural or topographic
features.
2. A properly completed application and consent to inspect signed by the applicant. If a Certificate of Occupancy is

INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application MUST be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and waterways.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until the Building Inspector
issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
f. Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 months after the date of
issuance or has not been completed within 18 months from such date..If no zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the
property have been enacted in the interim, the Building Inspector may amLorize, in writing, the extension of the permit for an
addition six months. Thereafter, a new permit shall be required.

You've never seen a 5211 deep pool built as strong as King George,
because none are made with such care for quality and details.
All major components are made of extra-heavy gauge extruded aluminum
From the ground up this is a pool built for strength.
The bottom track supports the wall sections in a receiving channel. providing a solid foundation
and maximum overall structural integrity.
Most pool walls are made of a flexible aluminum or steel sheet, which require
the pool to be filled to give it strength. King George's wall panels and ;
uprights are constructed of 4" wide interlocking sections of extra-heavy
extruded aluminum.
The massive 6" top rail, like the bottom rail, is extra-heavy gauge
aluminum as are the vertical stabilizer bars. '
Roth the top rail and bottom rail sections are boned
logetlIN using 5/8" stainless steel machine bolts and
1/4" aluminum joiners.
All exposed aluminum parts are given a coat of electostaticaliy ,
,applied and baked gray polyester to give a smooth, high-

about the liner getting Punctured through the wall by sharp objects or

• Liner installation is a snap. Most pools have You hang the liner over the
walls and then hold it in place with the top track and rail. Which means
you have to remove the top track and rail to replace the liner...and that
could collapse the walls, especially if partially IngrOUnd. King George has
a beaded liner. The beaded edge of the liner fits snuggly into the top rail
receiver channel. And should you have to replace it—like we said—
it's a snap!
• Speaking of liners—it comes with a beaded full print with a pattern. Each
beaded liner is made of premium gauge virgin vinyl. Then it's winterized
and treated with fungicide and ultraviolet inhibitors for long life. Each seam
has the widest lap welds in the industry assuring reliability.

Here are 3 samples of decks and 33" aluminum fencing that are available:
Our KGCV one-section decks are sized for any size or shape King George. They add from
46 sq. ft. to over 68 sq. ft. of deck depending on the size of your pool. (Deck size range
from approximately 5' x 10'to 7'4"x 10'.) -
KGCR fan decks come in 2 and 3 sections adding approximately 58 sq. ft. and 86 sq. ft.
respectfully.(Each section is approximately 60"x 81 1/4")
The KGRP encircles your pool by adding an 18"wide carpeted walkway all the way around
