( on top edge of stone -- can this be a footstone? would doubt it because of size and placing, too near wall and no visible headstone. (Tall ((aporox. 10')) cement monument ((obelisk)) the top section of which is twisted on the base so that it is very near the east edge and looks ready to topple.
