POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic. Call to Order. Pledge of Allegiance. Approval of the Audit of Bills of July 19, 2005. Approval of the Minutes of the Town Board Meeting of May 24, 2005. RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 446. Accept the bid of Corazzini Asphalt Inc. for the reconstruction and resurfacing of two tennis courts on Fishers Island. 447. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an Agreement with Corazzini Asphalt Inc for the reconstruction and resurfacing to two tennis courts on Fishers Island. 448. Grant permission to Town Attorney Patricia Finnegan to attend a seminar "Advanced Zoning and Land Use" on July 21, 2005 in Melville. 449. Grant permission to North Fork Beach Volleyball to park vehicles of participating players and observers on the east and west sides of Luthers Road from Naugles Drive to the Mattituck Park District parking lot on July 23, 2005. 450. Accept the letter of retirement of Beth Dzenkowski from her position as Detective for the Police Department. 451. Accept the letter of resignation of Valerie Scopaz from her position as Director of Planning. 452. Accept the letter of resignation of William H. Determine that the purchase of fee title of the property of NOFO Associates (a/k/a McFeely) is an Unlisted Action, that the Town of Southold is the only involved agency, that the Short Environmental Form is accepted and declare a negative declaration pursuant to SEQRA. 454. Amend resolution #386, adopted at the June 21, 2005 regular Town Board meeting to appropriate funds for "With You Southold Can" Project to Gifts & Donations from Services from Other Governments. 455. Authorize the closure of Cases Lane from Cedar Road to Main Road, Cutchogue, for the 26th Annual Douglas Moore Memorial Concert on August 13, 2005. 456. Accept the resignation of John F. Irving from his position as minibus driver. 457. Release Michael DeVito from the position of temporary Cook at the Nutrition Center and appoint him to the position of full-time cook. 458. Grant permission to Town Clerk Elizabeth Neville to attend the 2005 Municipals Clerks Institute July 24-28, 2005 at Comell University, Ithaca. 459. Grant permission to Cooley's Anemia Foundation to use Town roads in Mattituck and Greenport on October 1, 2005 for their annual Bike-a-thon. 460. Release the Performance Bond No. UB0268279 in the amount of $200,442.50 for the major subdivision "Summit Estates, Phase II, Sections 2 & 3" as recommended by the Planning Board, Town Engineer and Superintendent of Highways. 461. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute Agreement No. 525-CAP-CAP- 1749.516-009 with Suffolk County Office for the Aging for acquisition of a 2005 Ford Phoenix 14-passenger bus, VIN 1FDXE45S35HA76740. 462. Appoint members to the Southold Town Housing Advisory Committee. 463. Retain Pat Given of Given Associates to prepare a report appraising the value of Sanitary Flow Credits. 464. Approve the purchase of 30.785 + acres of property owned by NOFO Associates or the successors thereto (a/k/a McFeely), SCTM #1000-125-1-14, Mattituck.
