BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that due to the fact that there is an existing house on the parcel to be set off, and the sale of development rights is pending on the 48.47 acre parcel, that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review of this unlisted action. The Planning Board establishes itself as lead agency, and as lead agency makes a determination of non-significance, and grants a Negative Page 2 Proposed set off for G~nsberg Famdy September 28 1999 Declaration. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that since there is an existing house on the parcel to be set off, and the sale of development rights is pending on the 48.47 acre parcel, and the applicant has been assured that Health Department approval will be granted shortly, that the Planning Board set Monday, October 18, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. for a final public hearing on the maps dated September 9, 1999. Sketch plan approval is conditional upon submission of final maps within six months of the date of sketch approval, unless an extension of time is requested by the applicant, and granted by the Planning Board.
