Dear Mr. Romanelli:
The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town Planning Board at a
meeting held on Monday, September 14, 1998:
The final public hearing, which was held at 7:30 p.m. was closed.
WHEREAS, Bud's Reliable, Inc. is the owner of the property known and
designated as SCTM# 1000 60-1-6, located on Yeung's Ave. in Southold; and
WHEREAS, a formal application for the approval of this site plan was submitted
on April 24, 1998; and
WHEREAS, this site plan was certified by Building Inspector Gary Fish1 on
August 27, 1998; and
WHEREAS, this approval is for the construction of a 900 square foot addition to
an existing office; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Site Plan Regulations of the Town of
Southold have been met, be it therefore
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board approve and authorize the
Chairman to endorse the final surveys dated August 6, 1998, subject to a one

Manager, described the proposed 50,000 square foot building to replace the
present lumber yard. The ARC will meet on the site at 4:30 on July 1{I to
consider the proposal.

accepted the design aa presented. ~
