Description of Activity: to construct a +/- 93' timber
retaining wall to be tied in west (Peck) property and east
(Reis) property, armored with stone, terraced as per plan,
planting done no later than June 1st lncluding.regrading bluff
crest to remove existing vertical lip and restore a more gradual
slope and filling, terracing, planting bluff face to
re-establish a stable angle of repose. Double row of staked hay
bales with staggered joints around the upper perimeter bluff
side of construction.
Date of Permit Issuance: September 20, 2000
This permit is valid for a period of two years from the dates of
issuance.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

necessary special condition of this permit.
A relocation agreement is attached hereto and is a
