Construct a level 4.5'X 7' platform with a 32"X 10' ramp heading southwest, leading to a 61X 20' Float, with the following conditions: Area to the south of the wingwall, in the inter-tidal area, be planted with Spartina Alterniflora on 1' centers, and any disturbed areas along the wingwall, on either side, be planted up with a native species that would tolerate that environment and not require any fertilizer, irrigation, or other care. I have obtained copies of Mr. Foerth's deed with the schedule of all covenants, restrictions and conditions that are included on all the properties of this subdivision. Nowhere does it indicate the exact location or restrict the uses that encumber the Foerth's property. I sincerely hope that the Trustees' have considered the neighbor's objections of restricting the waterway and indicate to us the desired location and method of construction while considering Mr. Foerth's rights to utilize his property for recreational purposes. The Southold Town Trustees' concern of preserving an environmental sensitive area should be a common ground for all parties.
