The application has been deemed incomplete pending submission of revised preliminary surveys (including surrounding well & septic locations), a town wetlands permit and a NYSDEC Tidal Wetlands permit. The applicant must comply with the requirements of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code and relevant construction standards for water supply and sewage disposal.
