Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL At a meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Thursday, September 21, 1995 the following recommendation was made: A-17 Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Allan Connell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the request for an amendment to the Wetland Permit of JOSEPH FOELSCH 103-3-3 to increase width of the fixed open walkway and ramp from three feet to four feet to be as follow: ~ x 80~ catwalk, a u? x 16~ ramp. Beebe Drive, Cutchogue The Council recommends disapproval because 3~ is adequate; the addition of a handrail would be more appropriate. The Council also wishes to advise the Trustees that the work has already been completed, therefore a violation has occurred. Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. Install fresh water and electric lines to end of fixed pier. The purpose of this project is to upgrade a recreational mooring facility. This is in accordance with current Federal Regulations governing work in navigable waters of the United States. Pursuant to Section 307 (c) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 as amended (16 U.S.C. 1465 (c)), the applicant has certified that the activity complies with and will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the approved state coastal zone management program.
