/',s per your request, an inspection was made on the above-captioned property.
This parcel is comprised of tidal wetlands and high marsh. It is unsuitable for
development.
The shed located on the premises was once used as a lobster holding facility and was
probably built without the necessary permits. !f so, I recommend the shed be removed
and allow the marsh to naturalize.
A site inspection indicated lobster traps being stored ,n a right-of-way.
