RESOLUTIONS
435. Adopt Part 1 and Part 2 of the Full Environmental Assessment Form regarding the
construction of a new animal shelter facility on a 1.52-acre Town-owned parcel and issue a
negative declaration for this Unlisted Action.
436. Accept the bid of Hawkeye Construction as part of the renovation of the Solid Waste
Management District Transfer Station.
437. Accept the bid of Robbins and Cowan Inc. as part of the renovation of the Solid Waste
Management District Transfer Station.
438. Accept the bid of W.H.M. Plumbing and Heating as part of the renovation of the Solid
Waste Management District Transfer Station.
439. Appoint Paul Dimos to the position of Seasonal Laborer in the Department of Public Works.
440. Rescind Resolution #434, adopted at the July 5, 2005 Town Board Meeting.
441. Set 8:00 p.m., August 2, 2005, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public
hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to the Architectural Review Committee."

442. Determine that the adoption of the Town of Southold "Hamlet Study" is a Type II Action
and not subject to review under SEQRA.
443. Adopt the Hamlet Study as an official Town planning document as part of the Town's
comprehensive planning efforts.
444. Establish the proposed Rental Rates and Home Ownership Sales Prices for dwelling units
created through the Town affordable housing programs.
445. Set 7:30 p.m., July 26, 2005, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for bond hearing
regarding the Southold Town Animal Shelter.
