Meeting held on Wednesday, November 20th , 2002.
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees Approve an Amendment to Pemfit
#1876 to attach a 5'x20' floating dock to permanent dock .,"as work platfom~ tn raise shellfish.

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday,
November 18, 2002, the following recommendation was made:
ALEX WIPF to Amend Permit #1876 to attach a 5'X 20' floating dock to permanent
dock, as a work platform to raise shellfish.
Located: 940 West Creek Ave., Cutchogue. SCTM#103-13-7
The CAC did not make an inspection, therefore no recommendation was made.
